It is not mandatory to have a membership to rent a property on Livly; you can also rent as a guest.

No, our program for professional athletes or entertainers does not require a credit or background check. Just verify your ID with biometrics, and you will be all set. Our no-screening policy requires rent payments to be due 14 days in advance. 

Generally, you will need to pay a security deposit to rent; however, some properties don't require a security deposit. The amount of the security deposit will be displayed on the booking page.

Some property managers will ask you to sign their own lease, but others use our terms of service, which already includes a rental agreement. If the property uses our terms, you won’t need to sign a separate lease—just accept the terms when booking, and you're all set!

You can move as often as you like at the end of your rental term. 

Yes, some properties can be rented weekly. The minimum term for each property is displayed on the listing.
