How do the payouts work?
Livly is the merchant of record; we facilitate direct payment to the property manager on the move-in date and any reoccurring monthly rent.

Is a tenant screening required?
Screening is optional if you are renting for less than 60 days. Rentals over 60 days require one-time tenant screening (valid for 2 years). Once approved, you can live anywhere you want within our property network.

Is a corporate lease required?
Our corporate and insurance partners sometimes require a signed lease to issue payment. Livly has a standard corporate rental agreement we enter into with our corporate partners to streamline the rental process; if a lease is required, someone from your company must counter-sign the agreement.

Which PMS systems do you connect to?
We currently have API integrations with HostAway Streamline, Guesty, and IGems, with more coming on each month.

How do inquiries work?
We have a team of leasing consultants that help our clients find the right property; thereafter, they either book on our site or sign a lease directly with the property manager, depending on the LOS.

Can I rent for less than 1 month?
Yes, some properties can be rented weekly. The minimum term for each property is displayed on the listing.
