Livly is the merchant of record; we will facilitate payment to the property manager on the move-in date in our wallet section. Payments take 1 - 3 business days to deposit. Please make sure to provide your banking info during registration.
Livly charges 10% fee to the property suppliers, which is deducted from the host payouts.
We have offical channels on Steamline, Hostaway, LiveRez, and Cirrus, we also have an API integration with Guesty and Hospitable.

If you earn Elite host status, you will be able to charge the Guest directly. Under this payment policy, Livly will charge the guest service fee and host fee, and the manager will charge the balance "Host Payout".
It depends on the number of properties you have; if you are already renting on Airbnb, Vrbo, etc., on average, we will help boost your occupancy between 10% and 15%!
