Livly offers four main cancellation policy types. The applicable policy will be clearly displayed during the booking process and in your confirmation email.

1. Flexible

  • Full refund if canceled 14 or more days before check-in.

  • No refund if canceled within 13 days of check-in.

  • Non-refundable if a lease agreement has already been signed.

2. Moderate

  • 100% refund if canceled 30+ days before check-in.

  • No refund if canceled within 29 days of check-in.

3. Firm

  • 100% refund if canceled 60+ days before check-in.

  • No refund if canceled within 59 days of check-in.

4. Strict

  • Non-refundable. Full payment is required at booking and is not eligible for refund under any circumstances.


πŸ“† Long-Term Stays (30+ Days)

  • The first month’s rent is due at confirmation and non-refundable once paid.

  • Remaining rent is billed monthly and cannot be refunded once charged.

  • Cancellations after move-in require notice as specified in your rental agreement.


❗ Important Notes

  • If you signed a lease agreement, the cancellation policy stated in the lease will apply and may override the standard policy.

  • Service fees are non-refundable in most cases.

  • Refunds, if applicable, are typically processed within 5–10 business days.


🧾 How to Cancel a Booking

To cancel a reservation:

  1. Log in to your Livly account.

  2. Go to My Bookings.

  3. Click Cancel Booking and confirm.

You’ll receive an email confirmation and, if eligible, your refund will be processed automatically.
