Payout setup and management

💼 Overview

To receive payouts for bookings on Livly, all hosts must connect a Stripe account and add a valid payout method. Stripe is our trusted payment processor and ensures secure, fast, and reliable transfers directly to your bank.

This article walks you through how to:

  • Set up Stripe Connect

  • Add or change your payout method

  • Understand verification timelines


🛠 Step-by-Step: How to Set Up Stripe Connect

  1. Log in to your Livly Host Dashboard.

  2. Click on Wallet from the main menu.

  3. Select Connect with Stripe.

  4. Complete the Stripe onboarding form, which includes:

    • Business or personal information

    • Tax ID (EIN or SSN)

    • Bank account details

  5. Once submitted, you’ll be redirected back to Livly, and your Stripe account will be linked.

Note: If you already have a Stripe account, you can use the same login to connect it to Livly.


💳 How to Add or Change a Payout Method

  1. From your Livly Dashboard, go to WalletPayout Settings.

  2. Under “Bank Accounts,” click Add New or Edit.

  3. Enter your new bank account information.

  4. Save your changes.

You can set one payout method as your default for future bookings.


How Long Does Verification Take?

After you add a payout method via Stripe, it may take a short period for the account to be verified.

  • Most accounts are verified within 1–2 business days.

  • During this time, the payout method will show as Pending in your dashboard.

  • You will not receive payouts until the method is verified and active.

If verification takes longer than 3 business days, please check your email for any requests from Stripe for additional information.

Stripe uses industry-standard encryption and secure data handling protocols. Your financial information is never stored on Livly’s servers and is protected by Stripe’s robust security systems.
