🛡️ Guest Identity Verification
To ensure only trusted travelers book on Livly, every guest must complete a biometric ID verification process before their reservation is confirmed.
Our guest verification includes:

Uploading a government-issued ID (e.g., passport or driver’s license)

A real-time selfie matched to the ID using biometric technology

Advanced fraud detection to flag suspicious behavior or mismatched documents
This helps prevent identity fraud, protects our hosts, and ensures a safer community for everyone.
🏢 Property Manager & Host Verification
Livly works exclusively with verified property managers and professional hosts. To get approved, every manager must undergo a strict onboarding process that includes:

Company verification using valid Tax ID (EIN) or business license

Background screening for corporate partners, including public reputation and legal history

Direct integration with approved Property Management Systems (PMS) to validate business legitimacy
We do not allow individual hosts or unverified businesses to list properties on Livly.

All listings on Livly are synced from trusted, pre-approved PMS platforms such as:
